Salaries for new associates joining Allen & Associates, L.L.P. are among the highest in the region. The Firm reviews each associate’s salary on an on going basis, with performance bonuses being awarded at the discretion of the Firm. The Firm also offers discretionary production, work effort, and business origination bonus awards to recognize the contributions of our attorneys.
